V-CUBE improves interoperability with Polycom Video conference
~enabling document sharing on video conference systems~

V-cube Inc., (headquarter: Tokyo Meguro-ku, President & CEO: Mashita Naoaki) develops and offers Webinar, Web conference and other visual communications services that are available “anytime, anywhere, anybody” to enterprise customers. As of 10/04/2013, V-CUBE services update will take place with 7 new features to further improve usability. These updates will enhance the interoperability between video conference systems and web conference services, allowing affective utilization of web conference systems’ flexibility.

Updates that are applicable to all products are as follows:
■V-CUBE Meeting, V-CUBE Document, V-CUBE Sales & Support
- When changing meeting reservation, newly entered invitee information can be saved in address book.

Updates that are applicable to individual products are as follows:
■V-CUBE Meeting
- Documents show on the whiteboard of web conference can also be view on video conference systems. (optional)
- When meeting is in progress, video conference end points can be added to the meeting. (optional)
- Address for connecting with web conference can be created with hosted meetings. (optional)
- Audience without permission to participate can use the text chat feature.

■V-CUBE Meeting, V-CUBE Document
- Meeting administrator can terminate meetings at anytime during a meeting.
- The default display ratio is changed to 16:9 for newly logged in users.
V-CUBE will continue to develop and provide new features to better support our customers.
