Troubleshooting

I can not go into the seminar room because the program stops where it measures the connection speed.

This may occur because the internet connection speed is too slow or the performance of the PC is slow. Please try logging in again. If it occurs again, the PC may not satisfy minimum system requirements (internet connection or specification). Please refer to our requirements for more details.
