Questions about Macintosh

I cannot hear the other participants' voices.

1) Is there a speaker or a headphone connected to your Mac?
-No. Connect a speaker or a headphone to your Mac.
-Yes. (Go to 2)
2) Is the speaker or headphone mute set up?
-Yes. Click on the Apple Menu and select System Preferences>Sound (in Hardware)>Output. Uncheck the mute box and turn on the volume.
-No. (Go to 3)
3) Is the volume on the computer off?
-Yes. Turn up the volume. (Be sure to turn up the computer volume.)
-No. The set up of other users might not be normal. Ask them to check. (Refer to above "Other participants cannot hear my voices")
