FEATURES

Live Multi-Party Video via web cam

Real-time video conferencing

Our integrated video allows participants to see the presenter. You can have up to 2 simultaneous real-time video. Audience video can be seen when they request to speak or JOIN during a seminar.
VoIP

Real-time voice

Full-Duplex VoIP is already included in our web conferencing system and requires no additional fee. So even if you don't have a Web Camera you can still interact using only voice.
Whiteboard & Annotation

Display presentation documents

The whiteboard is a powerful tool for web conferencing that allows presenters to annotate and upload presentation files. Share the whiteboard with participants to effectively get your point across. Participants can also request to annotate on the whiteboard to help address questions more efficiently and avoid confusion. Many file formats can be uploaded on the whiteboard (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF, JPEG and PNG).
Text Chat
Chat can be used to ask questions to the presenter, send hyperlinks. All participants are able to text chat during a seminar, so they can exchange thoughts or ask questions among themselves without disturbing the speaker.
JOIN

Enables a participant to JOIN the stage

Participants can send a request to JOIN the presenter on stage. This will enable them to control the whiteboard, speak and show real-time video. The presenter has the right to allow or deny permission to JOIN.
Document Transfer

The File Cabinet can distribute files efficiently

Upload any files onto the file cabinet (located on the user interface) so you can share them with all participants. You can upload files of any size and format into the file cabinet. Participants can see the names of the file by placing the mouse over the icon.
Branding

Banner

You can choose to place a company logo or picture file as banner and embed a hyperlink to direct participants to a specified link.
Polling

Real-time feedback from participants

During a seminar, a presenter can get instant feedback by allowing participants to answer polls. The results can be viewed immediately by presenters after the polling has closed.
