- Our integrated internet video allows users to meet face-to-face. It is called web video conferencing. You can see all other participants during the meeting.

- Full-Duplex VoIP is already included in our system and requires no additional fee. So even if you don't have a Web Camera you can still have web conferencing with voice only.
- Desktop Sharing
- Users can show their desktop to participants and even allow them to take control of their computer and applications. This is the web video conferencing system designed to bypass corporate firewalls so IT administrators do not have to reconfigure their firewalls.
- Whiteboard & Annotation
- TThe whiteboard is a powerful tool for web conferencing that allows users to annotate and upload files.Share the whiteboard with participants to effectively get your point across. Participants can also annotate on the whiteboard to avoid confusion and clearly state their opinions. Many file formats can be uploaded on the whiteboard (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF, JPEG, PNG).
- File Cabinet
- Upload any file onto the interface file cabinet so you can share the file with all participants. This will help distribute files to web conferencing participants quickly and efficiently. You can upload any application file, even if they are so large that you cannot attach them to e-mail. The icon shows the kind of the document and you can see the document name when you put the mouse on the icon.
- Record & Playback
- The recording feature will enable users to save all Voice (VoIP) audio, Whiteboard, Video and Chat information during a meeting or training. The data will be archived automatically and can be streamed on-demand from anywhere, anytime. This will enable users to save presentations, demonstrations, interviews, or training materials for employees, suppliers, customers, and partners around the world.
- Text Chat
- The integrated text chat will allow participants to communicate without disturbing the speaker and help avoid misunderstandings. Chat is especially useful for sending hyperlinks to refer participants to a specific website. All the text chat data are automatically saved when the meeting has ended so you can go back and review it.
- Invitation
- Invite anyone to the meeting room with only a hyperlink. By using our invitation feature you can send an invitation to your guests by e-mail. Our system will automatically generate an exclusive hyperlink and place it in your e-mail message. Your guest only have to click the link to access your meeting room!
