Outbound

This is an outbound contact function that provides simple instructions to customers on how to access the web from appointment via the phone. This is a dynamic support featuring the characteristics of each executive as the self-introductory video and comments of the sales executive can be freely modified.

Inbound

This is an inbound contact function that lists the images and self-introductory text of the customer support executive therefore customers without sales offices in remote locations can visit with a peace of mind. It is equipped with a function that clearly displays the status of the person in charge, whether the person is currently having a business discussion or away.

Whiteboard

Shared whiteboard for effective business discussion

Attach Word, Excel, Power Point and various image files in the whiteboard and share them with customers. Have a more focused business discussion as the explanation can be done visually.

Banner

By registering the image in the banner, company advertisement etc can be inserted during business discussion.

Interface interlink

This interface interlinking function automatically switches the interface on the customer’s end when the interface at the customer support executive’s end changes. You can switch to the interface that you wish to focus on while explaining such as to a scene where you can see the face during a conversation or a scene where emphasis is placed on the document.
