Information on the PC screen can be displayed as they are onto the Whiteboard. Contents that cannot be uploaded onto the Whiteboard e.g. Web sites (homepages) or applications can be shared with all participants too.
※Downloading and installing specialized software is necessary for the sharing of PC screen. The software can be downloaded at the page after login.

Information displayed on the Whiteboard can be viewed and remote-controlled by all participants of the TV/Web Conference.

Audience can participate simultaneously from a maximum of 50 locations. Audience can make comments if they are given such rights.

Audience may participate using the Talk button.

Very useful when you want to convey something that cannot be shown up-close on the Whiteboard. For example, when you want to stream beautiful sculptures or splendid sceneries, you can use the remote talk/audition.

Enabling TV/Web conferencing images in high definition.

By connecting multiple camera devices to one PC and entering the meeting room, you can obtain images from the connected cameras at the same time or toggle between the cameras. Even where there are multiple persons participating in the meeting at the same time in a large meeting room, with just one PC, you can see each person’s expressions clearly.

You can see the expressions of the participants clearly.

This is a plan which allows you to hold the conference while seeing the faces of twenty participants at the same time. As all twenty people can see each other’s expressions while having the conference, it is very suitable for conferences when participants come from many locations.

※Web conferencing with a layout of twenty persons can be used with PCs in the recommended operating environment.

The document sharing plan is a special plan only for the sharing of documents in the Web conferencing system “V-CUBE Meeting”. You can use document sharing on the Whiteboard, chat function, sharing desktops or invite functions.

Uploading or editing documents is easy too.

Convenient when you already have a TV/Web conferencing or audio conferencing system and want to share documents on the PC, or when you want to share documents easily at company-wide conferences or staff trainings.
