The abovementioned is based on the results of verifications conducted by our company. It does not guarantee operations in all environments. Although there is no guarantee with respect to operations using Windows ME/98/NT and the Mac OS9 system, there are actual operating results for a portion of the cases.

- Effective memory refers to the un-utilised memory space in the system that can be utilised.

- Refers to absence of a proxy or handling of the bypass. Although connection is possible even when the line speed is below the operating conditions, there is degradation in image quality. Although we recommend using the fibre optic line, the speed of the download at 64kbps is also possible if you do not mind delays.
The line speeds indicated here are the required bandwidths for image and audio transmission. Depending on the exchanges between the whiteboard and the cabinet functions, there may be temporary instances of data being transmitted at volumes above the indicated quantities. - ※3
- The latest version of FlashPlayer has to be installed.

- Although the Sharing3 can be used by the Windows and Macintosh, the Macintosh is applicable only to the receipt of signals.

- Operations may become unstable when the number of files pasted to the whiteboard exceeds 100 even under the recommended operating environment. In addition, when there are already a large number of files pasted on the whiteboard, some amount of time may be required in gaining access to the meeting. Normal usage under such situations may also not be possible.

- The definition of the actual environment for operations is as follows.

- The definition of the recommended environment is as follows.
Under the rtmp transmission,
・Delays in images and sounds not attributed to the network are kept to within 0.5 seconds
・Response times for the various operations are kept to within 2 seconds
