- Can simultaneous seminars be held under the same contract?
- No, that is not possible.
But you can contract additional seminar rooms. Just apply via our Inquiries form or contact our Support Center.

- What should I do when the number of participants suddenly increases beyond expectations?
- The number cannot be changed once the seminar has started. Before then, however, it can be changed under Seminar Management.
- What is necessary to use the Seminar system?
- Required are a computer connected to the Internet, a headset, and a web camera.
- Can I store the recorded data distributed on line on my computer?
- There is a contract option allowing downloads from the Administration screen. For details, contact your sales representative.
- What are banner ads?
- This service displays on participants' screens image files containing your company name, logo, etc.
- What is this Advance notification functionality?
- Advance notification allows you to boost a seminar's drawing power by posting particulars on our service site's top page.
- Can users determine in advance if they have the computer setup necessary for participating in Web seminars?
- They can use our viewing environment checker. It also allows them the check, live and on demand, whether they can view particular broadcasts.
