The Orange County Business Council held their annual Workforce Development Conference on October 2009. As they began expanding their online library of content, they contracted V-cube to come on-site to the event, and provide our On-site Web Broadcasting service and on-demand platform. The OCBC’s goal with this project was to increase online exposure about the organization, as well as raise awareness about their upcoming events. V-cube went on-site, to the Hyatt Regency Irvine with a team of 2 technicians to capture the content of the event. We successfully patched into the audio mixer for superior audio quality and time stamped each presented slide to match it up to the video. So far, 229 viewers have seen the on-demand content, with an average view time of 11 minutes and 14 seconds.
