V-cube, Inc. (Head office: Meguro-ku Tokyo, President & CEO: Naoaki Mashita, hereinafter known as V-cube), is proud to unveil the establishment of our Thailand office, V-cube (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in September 2016. Thus far, through the diligence of eight sales partners, we were able to extend our visual communication services to Kasetart University, IT City Public Company Ltd., SPVi Public Company Ltd., DataOne Asia (Thailand) Co. Ltd., and other such distinguished educational institutes, local businesses and government offices. With the expansion of our Thai customer base, this move will allow us to tailor services for the Thai market as well as to better support our customers.

Together with the founding of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Thailand, as one of the principal countries of ASEAN, is expected to experience a surge in market growth due to the expansion of domestic demand, its growing business through its connections with neighboring countries as well as globalization through businesses with foreign capital. As more communication infrastructure such as broadband are established and the use of smartphones and tablets becomes increasingly pervasive, many are turning to visual communication, with its ability to connect people through video and sound as well as imperviousness to traffic jams and natural disasters, as the IT service that is able to keep business communication active in any situation.

V-cube, as part of our growth strategy for overseas business, is actively solidifying our business foundation throughout the rest of Asia. Prior to this, business administration for businesses in Thailand were handled by V-cube Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. However, as V-CUBE services steadily garnered acclaim among customers in Thailand for its inclusion of the Thai language option in the product interface as well as Global Link enabling smooth internet connectivity across international borders, subscribers in Thailand have increased and the need for closer support is now required. In response to that, we have established a proper system to flexibly meet the needs of customers in order to efficiently advance the businesses of both our local customers and Japanese-affiliated companies in Thailand.
